The Foundation Hosted environment provides customers with access to all of the latest and greatest Foundation build. Each customer licenses Foundation Hosted, and Epic creates their own usernames and passwords for them.

Request access from your Epic Implementation or Technical Coordinator, or e-mail MHSupport@epic.com for issues with viewing the Foundation System content.

The iSWTD is a copy of our System with Training Data (SWTD) that we host at Epic and make accessible via a secure Citrix-based web portal. Consultants and customers use it to practice for a certification exam, gain proficiency, or to complete a certification project.

If you do not see any iSWTD icons, or only see a Foundation Hosted icon, please specify that you are requesting access to the iSWTD and indicate the Epic version of iSWTD you need.

If you are unable to launch any applications, please specify the operating system your computer is running, the web browser you are using and, if possible, attach screenshots of any errors you are receiving.

If you are able to launch applications, but are experiencing errors, please include your iSWTD environment name and the class ID and login you are using. If applicable, please also include the exercise you are working on and, if possible, attach screenshots of the errors.



Support for the Citrix applications on https://access.epic.com, including iSWTD and Foundation Hosted, is available during standard United States business hours (8am - 5pm US Central Time).

Requirements

To access Citrix applications on https://access.epic.com, you need to use a computer running Microsoft Windows Vista or newer, Mac OS X v10.7 or newer, or a recent Linux distribution. Chromebook, Android, or iOS devices are not supported at this time.
Additionally, you will need to use a modern version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox along with a current version of the Citrix plugin.
