The Foundation Hosted environment provides customers with access to all of the latest and greatest Foundation build. Each customer licenses Foundation Hosted, and Epic creates their own usernames and passwords for them.

E-mail iSWTDSupport@epic.com for issues with the iSWTD training system.

If the issue is that you do not see any iSWTD icons, or only see a Foundation Hosted icon, please specify that you are requesting access to the iSWTD and indicate the Epic version of iSWTD you need.

If you are experiencing Hyperspace or text errors, please include your iSWTD environment name and the class ID and login you are using. If applicable, please also include the exercise you are working on.

The iSWTD is a copy of our System with Training Data (SWTD) that we host at Epic and make accessible via a secure Citrix-based web portal. Consultants and customers use it to practice for a certification exam, gain proficiency, or to complete a certification project.

Support for the iSWTD and Foundation Hosted is available during standard business hours (8am - 5pm CST).

This error is from your browser not trusting our SSL certificate.

SSL Error 61 frequently happens on older Citrix clients; they are unable to use SHA2-encrypted security certificates. We recently (2014-08-10) updated our security certificate, and Citrix clients older than version 12.1 are now unable to access the iSWTD. Citrix clients 12.1 and newer for Windows are able to use SHA2-encrypted security certificates.

Please contact your company's IT department to install a newer version of the Citrix Receiver, or you can download the latest version of Citrix Receiver available from http://receiver.citrix.com.

Additionally, if you are using Windows XP, the final XP root certificate update, located at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42092, will also need to be installed. Please restart your computer after installing the latest Citrix client and the root certificate update.
